How to Sell to Us
To get started, send an email to toads@toadscollectibles.com with the following:

A breakdown of how many cards you have in each category (see our rates below)

Confirmation that all cards are Lightly Played (LP) or Near Mint (NM) condition.

Optional: Photos or an inventory spreadsheet to speed up review.
Once approved, we’ll send you packing and shipping instructions. When your cards arrive, we will audit the quantities within 1–2 business days and send payment via PayPal
Bulk Buying Guidelines

All cards must be English language and in LP or better condition. We do not accept damaged, heavily played, or foreign-language cards.

Cards must be bundled by rarity/type. For example, keep all bulk rares together, bulk commons/uncommons together, foils together, etc.

If cards are not sorted by type, the entire group will be treated as commons/uncommons at our base bulk rate.

Please bundle using cling wrap, paper wraps, team bags, or deck boxes.

Do not use rubber bands — they damage cards

We will attempt to salvage and pay for any cards that are still sellable and in acceptable condition.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping. Use tracking and pack securely.

Please use the same name on your return address as you do in your email submission.

A USPS Medium Flat Rate Box holds around 4,000 cards

A USPS Large Flat Rate Box holds around 7,000 cards

All rates are based on cards being in accurate quantities and acceptable condition. Any significant discrepancies or condition issues may result in partial payment or removal of cards from the order.
